Quantum and Prime ZCS Win Task Order on Air Force CAAS IV Contract

(Huntsville, AL, and Shalimar, FL October 4, 2012) — Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is pleased to announce our team lead, ZCSolutions, LLC (ZCS), a joint venture partnership between Zantech IT Services, Inc. and Capstone Corporation, was recently awarded a Task Order (TO) on the United States Air Force Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. ZCS is one of 18 small businesses awarded a CAAS IV contract in the small business competition pool to provide support services to Air Combat Command (ACC) and Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) customers inside and outside the continental U.S. Quantum is part of the integrated team assembled by ZCS to provide support in the areas of Management and Professional Support Services; Studies, Analyses and Evaluations; and Engineering and Technical Services. The TO win was a result of the combined efforts of Prime ZCS and supporting teammate Quantum.

Task requirements involve Administrative, Executive, and Site Support to SAF/FMB (Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget) and SAF/FMEO (Executive Operations), two sub-organizations of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller (SAF/FM) office. The SAF/FMB mission is to obtain funding to support the Air Force mission by translating program requirements into approved budgets. SAF/FMB provides budget execution and supports resource allocation with systems, policy, oversight, and advice.
