Quantum Awarded Work for Joint Staff Deployable Analysis Team

(Huntsville, AL – 13 July, 2017) – Quantum Research International (Quantum), as a Team Member to Leidos, Incorporated, was recently awarded an analytical, technical and functional services support contract to the Joint Staff Deployable Analysis Team (JDAT).  JDAT works for the Joint Staff J6 Deputy Director for Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Integration (JS J6 DD C5I). For the JDAT effort, Quantum will design and apply process models, to assess performance of all aspects of Command and Control Information Systems and Procedures (C2ISP).  This comprehensive work will encompass: support to the DoD Architecture Framework; management of data collection via instrumentation of individual military Soldiers and maneuver platforms during field events and re-play post-event analysis; employment of Office of the Secretary of Defense planning scenarios to develop vignettes that generate required information exchange among participating military staffs and maneuver forces during field evaluations; as well as production of proposed solutions in the form of Engineer Change Proposals on various Department of Defense (DoD) programs-of-record and DoD non-material doctrine, operational, logistics, and training recommendations.  Quantum’s contract to support JDAT consists of a base of activity up through April 2018 and also includes two one year options through April 2020.  Mr. Dick Wilbanks, Quantum COO stated, “Quantum is excited about continuing our support as part of Team Leidos for JDAT and proud of the hard work Dale Ringler and his crew did on winning this effort.”
