Mr. Brad Kettner, Quantum Research Intl. Inc.Mr. John Klingel joins Quantum Research International, Inc.

(Huntsville, AL, August 30, 2017) — Quantum Research International, Inc. is pleased to announce that John Klingel joined the company as a Senior Staff Member. In this role, he will provide technical assistance while working across operational and business development lanes of organizational activity. Prior to joining Quantum, Mr. Klingel served as civilian Chief Engineer in the Close Combat Weapon Systems (CCWS) Project Office within the Army's Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space (PEO M&S). His responsibilities included all systems engineering efforts for the Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wire(less)-guided (TOW) and Javelin weapons. Other products in the CCWS portfolio included the Improved Bradley Acquisition Subsystem (IBAS), Containerized Weapon System (CWS), and the Lethal Miniature Aerial Missile System (LMAMS). With a career of nearly 28 years in the Department of Defense, John has served in multiple Army civilian, technical leadership positions including quality engineering, test and evaluation, and aviation platform airworthiness assessments.
